Also part of the final CAD model are vendor parts and custom hardware.  These parts are detailed as the CAD model developes and are then broken out as their own individual files to be sent to the appropriate vendors.  Since they have already been fit into the electronic model, prototype parts can be built with confidence before physical fiberglass parts exist.
